Then the lunatic with the gun thing is weird too; there weren't tons of people around, and it looks like some other guy who was close by fired his own gun into the ground to startle the ICE agents, leading them to believe that the guy they were wrestling had fired his gun (seconds after they discovered it.)

It's all mysterious, especially that 2nd incident. The circumstances are bizzare.

I think the Lesbian couple was an organic event in that at the last moment the one on the street told the other to drive. I think the nicer looking of the 2 was genuinely shocked with the outcome.
