    Hello All!

    I was unaware of the lawsuit between Ward Dossche and Helmut Hullen until Wa mentioned it himself.

    Could someone please share more details about the case - ideally, the offici filings?

    In the 1990s, Ward Dossche and I had a dispute that resulted in my excommunication from Z2. At the time, I took no action and simply let it go, which was a mistake.

    Even after I moved to the United States and joined FidoNet, R50C continued t pursue me, but Janis Kracht (I2C, RIP) stepped in and resolved the matter in favor. Thank you, Janis - God bless you.

    Has anyone else been affected by Ward Dossche's actions?

    Sure folks have had issues but time shifts perceptions. Things that happened that long ago were in a different world to most people. You'd be better off to let your grudge go. Statue of limitations long gone and it wouldonly be 'he said, she said', So R50C of the time removed you and the Z2C didn't overturn it. You then didn't appeal to the IC (and yes, some of the 90's had one then in the early 2000's if memory serves out of Z3).
